The use of AI tools is still heavily dominated by a trial-and-error approach. White Box Consultancy was founded to address this through research-based guidance. That’s why I guide organizations through the use of AI tools. My hope is that we use these powerful technologies to further our own competencies rather than losing our personal voice to AI-generated nonsense.

Based on my experiences in research at Copenhagen Business School with both Pernille Steen Pedersen and Sine Zambach, I have a strong foundation in both well-being research and Generative AI research.
